"Il n'y a pas de superlatif suffisant pour décrire cette expérience. Si vous n'oubliez pas que c'est une école et que ce sont des élèves qui cuisinent et vous servent (quelques erreurs possibles) c'est l'un des plus beau restaurant gastronomique de la région. Les plats et les vins sont des œuvres d'art et la facture une plaisanterie. Revers de la médaille, il est peut-être déjà trop tard pour réserver sa place pour ce trimestre scolaire tellement c'est apprécié."

"Une 1ere expérience dans ce type de restauration. Le repas était aussi bon que beau. Les élèves qui nous servent sont encore hésitants et parfois maladroits mais ils font de leur mieux pour accomplir cet exercice. Bravo !"

"Une belle expérience à vivre pour permettre aux apprenants le geste professionnel qu'ils mettront en œuvre ensuite en situation professionnelle. Bien dommage que les apprentis cuisiniers ne soient pas présentés aux clients pour les féliciter sur leur bonne cuisine. Un grand bravo pour l'équipe pédagogique qui supervise et accompagne ces jeunes. Je recommande."
